When the team first came to visit me, I was so impressed and relieved to find that my carers were very professional but also very caring towards. Their priority was always to ensure that my well being, dignity and comfort took priority. Overtime, my carers got to know me and we'd make little jokes and share stories about our life and family. 'Do you want a cup of tea, Rob', music to my ears. I so look forward to their visits now, every visit is special and uplifting for me. I wouldn't ever want to be without them, now.
